- General: These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and stays at Gregory University Guest House. By making a reservation or staying at the Guest House, guests agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Gregory University reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Reservations & Payment: All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact details. Payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved cards.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time: 1:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
- Guest Responsibilities: Guests must present valid identification at check-in. The Guest House is strictly non-smoking in all indoor areas. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Gregory University Guest House is not liable for loss or theft. Damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other occupants. Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The Guest House reserves the right to evict any guest who violates these rules without refund.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will not attract charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
- Safety & Security: Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by staff. Emergency exits and fire safety equipment must not be obstructed. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
- Liability: Gregory University Guest House shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or losses sustained during the stay, except where caused by proven negligence. Guests are advised to obtain personal travel or health insurance.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
